Sara is a seasoned strategist with 15+ years of experience in the financial sector. During her tenure at Morgan Stanley, Sara distinguished herself as a Managing Director in EMEA Institutional Equities and Firm Management. In this capacity, she was pivotal in driving key strategic initiatives and transformations, earning the trust of business heads across EMEA as a C-level advisor.
Her experience extends beyond the corporate realm, as evidenced by her growing contributions as a Business Angel investor and CEO mentor to women-owned businesses. Working across a wide range of industries, Sara has consistently demonstrated her capacity to influence and guide leadership, supporting women through growth, fundraising and organizational change. Through “Make Space for Growth”, Sara has established a platform for empowering and mentoring women globally.
Her passion for social impact is further evidenced by her role as the founder and CEO of “Um Pequeno Gesto”, a charity making a profound difference in the lives of children in Mozambique.
She has a degree in Economics from Nova SBE and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
